Specializing in Italian-method wines designed to pair with Maryland seafood. Slack wines are produced at Jubilee Farm in Leonardtown, MD, a 139-acre farm on Blake Creek overlooking the Potomac River.

In 2016, Slack Wines will be available at Saturday Slack Market at Jubilee Farm and on Sundays at Historic Woodlawn Farm Waterside Market in Ridge, a 180-acre holding which also serves as a B&B.

Where does the winery get its name? From "Slackwater"; that quality of water that is relaxed and easy, just like it's wines. Slack Winery is on the Patuxent Wine Trail.
