This fitness and wellness center offers a wide range of unique classes including SUP (stand-up paddleboarding) basics, SUP yoga, SUP strength training, TRX, power yoga, aerial yoga, and more. They also offer private SUP parties out of Leonardtown Wharf - a great activity to celebrate birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, family reunions, and other special occasions.
