The Craft Guild Shop is a co-op of award-winning and juried Maryland artists dedicated to working in one or more of the following categories: basketry, candle-making, ceramics, clay, fiber, furniture making, jewelry, leather, metals, mixed media, natural materials, needlework, paper, photography, polymer/resin, pottery, and stained glass. Because of such a diverse range of local talent, the Craft Guild Shop is able to offer a wide variety of unique handcrafted items available at any time (custom orders can be arranged).

The Craft Guild Shop welcomes artists and crafters whose creative handiwork demonstrates stimulating visual appeal, good design, and fine craftsmanship. Before acceptance as a member of the Guild, each person's work must undergo a jurying process. The artisan will submit three to five representative pieces in a selected media category for examination by a committee of fellow artisans who are seasoned Guild members. The committee awards points based on workmanship, use of materials, design concepts, overall appearance, originality, and/or execution of traditional designs.

The Shop provides an affordable, positive place for artists and crafters to display and sell their products as well as opportunities to teach classes and to demo their artistic process of creating their products. The Guild members' handicrafts are showcased in the store located in Leonardtown, featured on the Craft Guild website, and highlighted on the Facebook page.
