The SMCM Jazz Ensemble, under the direction of Ellington Carthan. The concert will feature our fabulous percussion faculty Glenn Paulson and our brand new Flute faculty Sara Zhu. We will explore the music of Duke Ellington, Milt Jackson, Miles Davis, Hoagie Carmichael and more!
